Founder & Executive Director
Dilip has 18 years of corporate work experience. Of this he has spent 8 years in the Solar PV industry. His key strength has been his ability to think ahead of time and develop future ready solutions. Innovative approach to solve challenges has earned him the Black Belt award in Solution Selling.
Anandaraj
Co-Founder & Director
Anand has 17 years of professional work experience. Out of this, 12 years has been in EPC of Chemical, Oil & Gas projects. He has lived and worked across the world. Anand is a MIT Certified Design Thinking (DT) professional who has demonstrated leadership skills in project management all through his career.
Kunal Chandra
Co-Founder
Kunal holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He exhibits professionalism in all his business.
Because of his expertise in international trade, he provides Solar PV services throughout South Asia.
He has worked on several massive projects worth more than millions of dollars and has built an extensive list of corporate clients. He manages @ ETIAM Insights, @ Twincity Sunlife Pvt. Ltd. & @ PROINSO India Pvt. Ltd.
Vikram Shetty
Board Member
Vikram has 18 years of experience as an entrepreneur. In the last 16 years he has worked on the entire life cycle of solar PV industry. He is known for his abilities to build start-ups, teams, partnerships from scratch. He has extensively travelled and lived across India.
Janmejai Bagrodia
Board Member
A Graduate from Univ.of Pennsylvania, has five years experience in Solar Industry.
Founder of Solfreedom, one of the first Rooftop Solar Project Developers in India.
Currently, he is the Co-Founder & Board Member at Inspire Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. including the subsidiaries, EIRA, Xenectra & Reparar Works Pvt. Ltd.
Ashwati Shetty

Ashwati is a young social-minded entrepreneur. A lover of life, who believes in the power of hard-work & dedication to solve real life challenges. She is quick to move, bridge gaps, heal and inspire. A strong believer in the idea of a One-World-State. She is fluent in English, Hindi, French & Spanish.
