Solar efficiency has grown, and in turn panel costs have decreased. If a project installed in the early 2000s starts under-performing due to degradation of solar modules & other components. Project owners should weigh the cost of removal and installation of a new system, especially on larger projects.
Instead of replacing the existing system with a new one. We can help find ways to reuse most of the components and just replace some. Additional capacity can be added to the project or solar arrays may be retrofitted with updated components (e.g., panels, frame, tracking system, etc.) to extend the life of the project.
